Botica Spa is an in-home massage service in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep it simple, because our business is simple: you message us, we come to you.

Information we collect

We do not have online forms that store your data, and we do not sell anything through this website. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us directly when you book:

• Your name and the phone number you message us from on WhatsApp.
• Your email address, if you contact us by email instead.
• Booking details you share with us: the date, time, service, and the address or hotel where you would like your massage.

How we use it

We use your information for one thing: to arrange and deliver your massage. That means confirming your appointment, coordinating the therapist, and following up if we need to adjust anything. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not share, sell, or rent them to third parties.

WhatsApp and email

Most bookings happen over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. When you message us, your conversation is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Email you send us is received through Google’s Gmail. We only keep these conversations for as long as we need them to serve you and keep a record of your appointments.

Reviews

The reviews shown on this website are pulled from our public Google Business Profile using the Google Places API. We display what customers have already chosen to post publicly on Google. We do not collect any extra information from you to show them.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors find and use our pages, so we can improve them. These are Vercel Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They may set cookies or collect aggregated data such as the pages you visit and the device you use. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
