Botica Spa  studio massage is reserved especially for you. 
To respect the time of our clients and therapists, we have implemented the following policies:
  • Appointment Securing: A 30% advance payment is required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded, minus a 5%
 processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule without additional charges if you notify us at least 4 hours before your appointment.

  • Late Arrivals: We have a 10-minute tolerance policy. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time.

  • No-Shows: Clients who miss appointments without prior notice will be charged in full.

  • Professional Conduct: Any sexual intent will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required.
