Booking Terms

These are the simple terms for booking an in-home massage with Botica Spa. Booking with us means you agree to them.

How to book

All bookings are made through WhatsApp at +52 984 268 7428. Send us the service you want, your preferred date and time, the number of people, and your location (hotel, villa, Airbnb, or zone). We reply to confirm availability and the total price, including any transfer fee. A booking is only confirmed once we reply to say so — a message on its own does not guarantee a slot. Same-day requests are welcome, and 24–48 hours’ notice is recommended for the best availability.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN). We confirm your full total on WhatsApp before your appointment, so there are no surprises. Playa del Carmen and Playacar have no transfer fee; other zones in the Riviera Maya carry a small transfer fee based on distance, which we quote you up front. See our full price list for every treatment and duration. Payment is arranged directly with your therapist at the time of your appointment unless we agree otherwise in advance.

What we bring, what you provide

We bring everything: a professional massage table, clean linens, organic oils and music. All you need is a space of roughly 3×2 meters and, ideally, a comfortable room temperature. Please let us know in advance of any allergies, injuries, or health conditions so your therapist can adapt the session safely.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show when the therapist has already traveled to your location, may be subject to a fee. If we ever have to cancel on our side, we will always offer you a new time or a full refund of anything paid in advance.

Respect and safety

Our therapists are certified professionals. Botica Spa provides therapeutic and relaxation massage only. Any inappropriate behavior will end the session immediately, with no refund.
