Botica Spa is reserved especially for you.

We recognize the time of our clients and therapist is valuable for this reason we have implemented these policies:

• To secure your appointment, we require an advance payment of 50% of the total appointment cost.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded the previous payment, minus a 5% digital processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

• You can reschedule your appointment without any additional charges if you notify us at least 4 hours before your scheduled service.

• We have a 10-minute tolerance policy. If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time will be shortened

• Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. 

• We kindly ask you to respect our profession, in case of sexual intent, the therapy will be ended immediately and paid full treatment
