A few minutes of preparation make all the difference. We give you the exact tips to make your session perfect.

Receiving a massage at home has one huge advantage over going to a spa: you can prepare your environment exactly the way you like it. A few minutes of preparation can completely transform the quality of your session.

The minimum space needed is 3×2 meters — roughly the size of a double bed plus a walking aisle. Our therapists bring their own professional folding table, so you don't need any special furniture. Just clear the area and you're ready.

Temperature matters more than people realize. A body receiving a massage cools down faster than usual because it's still. Set the air conditioning to 24–25°C if you're in the Riviera Maya. A warm body relaxes muscles far more efficiently than a cold one.

Lighting and sound set the mood. Close blinds, dim the main lights, and silence your phone. Let anyone else in the villa or hotel room know you'll be unavailable for an hour. Our therapists bring ambient music, but feel free to ask them to use your own playlist instead.

Most importantly: communicate your preferences before the session begins. Areas of tension, desired pressure level, zones to avoid, any ingredient allergies. The more you share, the better we can adapt. A session tailored to your needs is always superior to a generic one.
